How we help Employment Services

Employment Services

Inspire Community Services is working with great organisations such as MAX Employment and MTC Work Solutions on Work Experience Programs which are underwritten by the Department of Education, Employment and Workplace Relations.

These programs have been put in place in order to see Job seekers gain the relevant skills for a variety of industries including:

  • Computer Refurbishment
  • Warehousing
  • Administration
  • General Maintenance
  • Hospitality
  • Retail

Soup Kitchen

As a part of our Work Experience Programs we have a soup kitchen operating in the Miller religion.

The soup Kitchen program provides meals to people of our local community that may have otherwise gone with out food for that particular day. This program also helps Job Seekers gain skills in the hospitality industry.

These skills include:

  • Food Handling
  • Customer Service
  • OH&S
  • Food Preparations
  • Cooking Techniques

This style of program meets a number of needs within our community, whether that is up-skilling Job Seekers or providing a freshly cooked meal to our community members.

Job Club

This free program helps job seekers search for new employment or a career move in a vareity of industries.

Job seekers can expect a positive environment, with access to computers, telephones, fax machines and advice from our friendly staff and volunteers on their applications, all while being provided with a light Breakfast.
