We are dedicated to seeing our community empowered through our self development courses.

We offer a variety of courses and workshops that relate to every day issues.


Triple PPP Parenting Course is a certified 5 week workshop where parents will learn effective skills in child rearing and discipline. A Certificate is presented upon completion of the workshop.
Topics include:

  • Introducing Tips
  • Dealing with tantrums and responsibilities
  • Working together
  • Instead of hitting what can we do?,
  • Children's feelings
  • Good Labels and Bad Labels
  • Helping Children Feel good about themselves.

Breaking the Cycle Workshops runs for 10 weeks. It equips people with tools and information regarding personal development. A Certificate is presented upon completion of the workshop.

  • Loneliness
  • The healing process of Grief and Loss
  • Conflict Resolution and Assertiveness

Smart Recovery 4 Point Program.  This program employs a variety of tools and techniques to help individuals gain independence from addictive behaviors. Participants are encouraged to learn how to use these tools and techniques as they progress toward achieving a healthy life balance.

Internet Café is a free service where you have access to a computer with internet while having a cuppa. It’s a great environment for surfing the net or doing school research. Access time is limited, contact our facilitator John for more information

Grandma's Afternoon Tea is a great program for isolated grandmothers who are couped up at home, to meet and enjoy each other's company over tea and coffee.  This free program includes varies fun activities.
